HPP Three Peaks for MAHDLO 2023

MAHDLO is Oldham’s #1 venue for young people, offering activities & support in a safe environment, a purpose-built facility brimming with encouragement & guidance, right in the heart of Oldham.

HPP has had links with MAHDLO since the beginning, being one of the founding patrons way back in 2012 & we’ve helped out with their fundraising campaigns ever since.

HPP last took part in the Saddleworth Three Peaks Challenge back in 2019 with a team of 6 plus a dog. For 2023, we've got a team of 15... dog TBC!

The majority of the team will be walking the 15 mile route around Saddleworth, from the start in Greenfield up to Indians Head (overlooking Dovestone reservoir), over to Pots & Pans (overlooking everything else) and then through Uppermill and Dobcross to Wharmton Hill before eventually heading back to the start at the Royal George pub, a combined ascent/descent of over 5700 feet. One of of the team (Business Development Director Dan Mounsey) will be attempting to run the entire route TWICE, so we reckon that's worth TWICE the sponsorship?!
