Running London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of Codebar

I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 to raise funds to support Codebar, an amazing charity whose mission is to enable underrepresented groups to learn programming in a safe and collaborative environment. Codebar aims to do this by offering free regular workshops and one-off events. Without charities like Codebar, the diversity the tech industry needs to be more reflective of the world we live in won't happen.

Some stats worth knowing:

• 25% of UK tech employees are ethnic minorities - 5% are black.
• 22% of software engineers are ethnic minorities.
• 20% of software engineers are women or non-binary.
• 6% of tech employees are disabled compared to 23% of the wider working-age population.

Codebar has seen a 60% drop in corporate support over the past year, so anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
