My story
I did the swim last year but my time was a bit slow and I couldn't see where I was going very well (I'm short sighted). So this year I have some prescription lenses in my swim goggles which will make a big difference - I hope. If you can donate an amount it will all help Aban help young people get out and enjoy the outdoors in the Highlands of Scotland.

Hello everyone. Its only 10 days to the Kessock Ferry swim. Training has been trickier than last year as the sea is still colder than usual for the time of year. However, my swimming buddies and I are persevering. I've added walking and cycling to the training to get stronger. It is all worthwhile for the local charity. Also, I love a swimming challenge. My latest photograph looks like Jo is swimming in the south of France but its colder than it looks.

Hi there, I'm busy training for the swim. Last week I did a 1005 metre swim in Rosemarkie Bay in 35.46 minutes which I am pleased with. I hope to do the 1200 metre swim in around 45 minutes or hopefully less.
