550 Miles before I'm 55 - IMC London to Bogota Challenge 2022

At the start of this year I decided it was time to take my fitness (or lack of it!) seriously so I decided to set myself a personal challenge of cycling, walking or swimming 550 miles before I turned 55 in May. Then I saw that a team of IMC supporters and trustees are attempting to cover just over 5,000 miles, the equivalent distance between London and Bogota so I am thrilled to join them in this challenge. This charity has been close to our heart as a family ever since it was established so it is a privilege to raise any money for them as they continue the amazing work they do to support children at risk in extremely vulnerable communities in Columbia. IMC is a small, Christian charity providing love and practical support to children in Columbia who are at risk through poverty, neglect and abuse....they bring restoration and hope. inministrytochildren.org/
