In loving memory of  Mum🤍
While nothing can take away the pain of losing her, I want to honour her memory by supporting an organisation that meant a great deal to her.
After her stroke, Mum found comfort, purpose and friendship through the Sequela Foundation. It was somewhere she genuinely looked forward to going each week. The activities, the welcoming environment, and the chance to spend time with others who understood life after stroke gave her a sense of normality and connection during an incredibly challenging time.
Sequela provides vital support for people with neurological conditions – helping them rebuild confidence, stay active, and feel part of a community again. For Mum, it was much more than a group; it was a place where she felt understood and supported.
In Mum’s memory, I am raising funds for the Sequela Foundation so they can continue providing these important services to others navigating life.
If you are able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much and would help ensure others can benefit from the same support that meant so much to Mum.
