IPL 3 Peaks Challenge

Myself, Dave Sharples and Jev Movko will be taking on the The Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge on Friday 15th September . This is a 24-mile trek over varying terrain, trekking the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. This is a tough challenge, and each peak provides different challenges on both ascent and descent. Over 1600m of ascent & just over 24 miles in distance.

We will be joining 300 colleagues from ASDA, IPL & Forza & Kober supporting two amazing charities, so please give what you can, every £ counts!

CoppaFeel! is a breast cancer awareness charity that educates young people on the importance of checking their boobs regularly and knowing the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.

Their mission is to stamp out late detection and misdiagnosis of breast cancer by ensuring that people know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, know what their boobs look and feel like normally, check their boobs regularly throughout their lifetime and have the confidence to seek medical referral when they detect abnormalities.
