Team Bodster IoW is raising money for Bodster CIC
We run Bodster CIC and have been taking ponies to visit people in Residential Homes on the Isle of Wight esp. those with Dementia. We want to continue to be able to take ponies to visit people but need to raise funds to be able to do so. Please help us to continue to be able to visit Residential Homes We will also use some of the funds raised to increase being able to reach people with mental health issues and low self esteem
We aim to fundraise for this throughout the year ahead!!.
As part of this we are going to have a team "Team Bodster IoW" taking part in the 2022 Isle of Wight Challenge (30th April/ 1st May)!
My Sister in law Lucy Rickman and family members Clare Barfoot and Rowena Boddington are also registered for the 2021 Isle of Wight Challenge - myself and Clare are doing the 1 day - 1st Half Challenge - 52km - Self Funding and Lucy and Rowena are doing the whole thing- 2 days 104 km !! www. ultrachallenge.com
Due to Coronovirus Ultra challenge has postponed the Isle of Wight challenge so we will be walking it next year 2022 instead so longer to thus raise funds - hence change of date range - and hopefully we will be able to go out to visit Residential homes again soon - Thanks to everyone who has donated so far please keep donating if you can Stay safe everyone Thanks Jo and Giles
