James' 100 Mile Challenge

No one ever wants to hear that you have or may have cancer. For such a small word the impact can be massive both on the individual, families and friends involved. 
I decided to take on the Melanoma Focus '100 Miles in May' challenge to help support the charity to raise awareness for those that may be suffering from melanoma cancer and ways to help prevent the illness for future generations.

As a little extra spice I have decided to try and complete two '100 Miles in May' challenges;
1. Cycle 100 miles
2. A combination of walking and running 100 miles
