James Wedgbrow is raising money for Skcin and Melanoma Focus
No one ever wants to hear that you have or may have cancer. For such a small word the impact can be massive both on the individual, families and friends involved.
I decided to take on the Melanoma Focus '100 Miles in May' challenge to help support the charity to raise awareness for those that may be suffering from melanoma cancer and ways to help prevent the illness for future generations.
As a little extra spice I have decided to try and complete two '100 Miles in May' challenges;
1. Cycle 100 miles
2. A combination of walking and running 100 miles

Mission complete! There is nothing like leaving things to the last minute.
I had 2 miles to today and smahsed it with an 8 mile walk around London. Thanks to everyone for your support; I am humbled.

Yesterday; Tuesday 21st May I completed my Challenge 1; 100miles by bike.

I have a target of ~4m per day to complete Challenge 2 before the end of the month, my current total is 60 miles.

Week 2 complete (Sunday 12th May)! I'm just over half way with the cycle challenge and have completed a third of the way on the spicy challenge.
Totals to date;
Cycle = 51.01m
Spicy = 34.05
