James Vs Manchester Marathon
James Barnes is raising money for Dementia Forward
My story
As many will know my dad suffers from early onset Alzheimer's. I really wanted to do something to support Dementia Forward the charity that has been supporting them so brilliantly. So I am taking on a challenge that I never thought possible and running my first Marathon in April at Manchester. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

As Manchester has been cancelled again we have moved to plan B. 20/09/2020 "The Dementia Forward Marathon". Starting at Mum and Dad's in Old Scriven> Knaresborough> Scotton> Farnham> Staveley> Boroughbridge> Skelton> Ripon> Bishop Monkton> Burton Leonard (Dementia Forward's support hub). Many thanks to those who have already donated and those who have volunteered (been volunteered) to run sections of the route with me.
