My story
I looked after my mum for 9years, she had Vascular Dementia & Alzheimer's, I have chosen Action For Dementia(AFD) as the charity i wish to raise money for, they are always there for people, giving advce, referring people to appropriate services, listening and genuinely caring about the people they deal with. For the second year running theyare the Chosen Charity of the OMC Motor Group/Cannonball Events Ron Hill Accrington 10k & fun Run. Ron Hill was an Olympic medalist who has now been diagnosed with dementia.

Once again Action For Dementia are the chosen charity of the Cannonball Events/OMC Motor Group Ron Hill Accrington 10k & Fun Run.
