Jan's 50 for 50 challenge

Over the space of 12 months in the run up to and after my 50th birthday, I'm aiming to swim in at least 50 different bodies of water. I'm going to try to encourage 50 different people from different areas of my life to join me over that time too.

I'm supporting the two fabulous charities I currently work for:

1. Give a Kidney - a UK charity which raises awareness of living kidney donation and supports donors going through the process giveakidney.org
2. CancerCare North Lancs and South Cumbria which offers a range of support and therapy to those affected by cancer and other life-limiting conditions, and their loved ones, as well as those impacted by traumatic bereavement. cancercare.org.uk
