Sometimes people want to buy a gift but some people are impossible to buy for.

Last winter Muswell Hill Synagoge alongvwith other places of worship in Harringay provided a refuge from the bitter winter for over fifty homeless people in Haringey . The shelter provided support services to help many these people , many of whom have fallen on difficult times through no fault of their own, find permanent housing and job opportunities that flowed from stability .

If I celebrate my birthday knowing that someone may no longer have to spend a bitter winter on the street . It is enough .
