Jonathan Cronin is raising money for YogaMobility
My story
I am running the Cardiff half marathon in October (my first) in support of YogaMobility.
My mum suffers from MS and attends classes at YogaMobility weekly to maintain her mobility and balance.
As well as the physical benefits YogaMobility provides a great opportunity to socialise in a relaxed and supportive environment.
