My story

James (Jim) Peace, A true gentleman, and much loved husband, Dad and Grandad.
Jim loved his time in the mountains, climbing, abseiling, hiking, mountain biking, exploring and taking in nature.
North Wales was a special place for Mum & Dad from their honeymoon to many a family holiday. Climbing and mountaineering continued in the family as he took me many times to the summit of Snowdon, encouraging me to jump from Adam to Eve on Tryfan (as I wouldn't be a true climber until I had conquered that!)
Passed down now to his Grandson who enjoys many Outward Bound trips in Aberdyfi and through the North Wales Mountain regions.
Jim was a member of the Hinckley Climbing Club, luckily he never needed the services himself of the Mountain Rescue team, however he was respectful and grateful for their services. Therefore, a fitting charity in his memory.
