My story
I joined St Elizabeth's Centre nearly year ago in summer 2025 and I still can't believe just how much is going on here!
A well as a SEND school and sixth form, college for 19 to 25 year olds and Adult Community Learning for people with complex special needs and disabilities, there are residential children's homes and a health agency on site (and an allotment with chickens!).
The Centre is set within a beautiful 60-acre rural location just south of Bishop's Stortford.
Money raised from my challenge will go towards specialist therapy equipment, adapted bikes and trikes, day trips and holidays for the children's home residents and improvements to the site - such as a wooden walkway to make our historic orchard accessible for all!
