My story
Somehow I find myself back on the old trusty bike, tackling the hills, wind, rain and more hills of the Wild West Coast of Ireland!
This year BICA is supporting some great causes, including our UHCW Charity appeal to support our teenage patients facing a mental health crisis. Having lost a nephew and two cousins to suicide, providing a calming environment to help relax and de-stress in a busy hospital setting, can literally save lives.
