Judith Coker is raising money for Essex Horse And Pony Protection Society
My story
I will be completing a charity firewalk on 30th May in aid of the Essex Horse & Pony Protection Society (EHPPS).
I am told that I can't burn but the coals will reach a temperature of 1200 degrees fahrenheit!
EHPPS was established for the promotion of animal welfare and, in particular, to take all appropriate measures to protect equines from cruelty and to prevent the infliction of suffering and, where necessary, to take equines into care for rehabilitation. As well as the sanctuary's resident equines, EHPPS currently have hundreds of rehabilitated horses and ponies in foster homes all over the country, regularly checked to ensure that they are being lovingly cared for.The majority of the animals in the care of EHPPs were the victims of cruelty, abuse and neglect - please check out the website for the amazing stories of some of these tragic animals ehpps.org.uk and see how your kind donations will be used.
