Julian Booth Memorial Scholarship

Those who knew Julian would remember that he sought to encourage education and pursuit of excellence, especially in young people.

In memory of Julian we are creating a scholarship to support a child who is talented and motivated but who would not, without financial assistance, have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument. 

We hope to raise enough funds to support the participation of one child in the ‘Raised by Music’ programme for a full year. Raised by Music offers disadvantaged children an accelerated and intensive musical education with 1:1 tuition taking place at their school every single day of the school year. 
 
In view of the interest and donations already flowing in we have put together this page to make donating easy. Patrons will receive updates on the activities and progress of the child, plus invitations to concerts he or she are performing in.
