My story
This year I am planning the longest run I have ever done 100 miles at the end of September. Along the way I am running London marathon and Leeds Marathon and Snowdonia Marathon in October. I'm doing this to raise money for the 2 charities that are close to my heart. I'm running for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of my wonderful friend and colleague Karen and for Mesothelioma UK in memory of my amazing dad. We need to find cures for these awful diseases so no-one has to go through what Karen and my dad did xx
