Jump in July for Girl Guiding Midlands

I started volunteering at my local Girl Guides Unit (43rd Northampton Guides) over a year ago. I help run the meetings every Wednesday night. Our mission is: Whoever they are, wherever they're from, girls can do anything. Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community.

I have really enjoyed getting to know the girls, and have had great fun taking them on trips to the Cinema, Theatre, Silent Disco, and Wildlife Park- to name but a few!

Times are tough, and like many other charities, Girl Guiding is in need of funds! And what better way to raise some money, then to jump out of a perfectly good plane?!

Leonardo da Vinci said: "The desire to fly is an idea handed down to us by our ancestors who looked enviously on the birds soaring freely through space...on the wings of imagination, we soar."

Some say it's brave, others say it's crazy, I say it's for a great cause!

Big or small, all donations are gratefully received to help me raise money for this amazing charity!
