Portsmouth Half Marathon

Kate Featherstone is raising money for The Help Tibet Trust
My story
I shall be running the Portsmouth half marathon for Help Tibet, a charity which works in partnership with people of Tibetan origin to promote sustainable communities and to develop initiatives which support the well being of the most vulnerable.
The Help Tibet Trust was established in 1988 to help those Tibetans who still live in difficult conditions in Nepal and India. They provide practical help and support in the refugee camps as well as helping to preserve the Tibetan culture in exile.
