My story
I'm completing the 5x50 challenge 5x50.co.uk, a commitment to cover 5km every day for 50 days between Sept 9th and October 28th 2012. I'm pretty out of shape at the moment, so I'm planning to do a combination of walking and jogging for the first two weeks then a 5k run every day for the rest of that time.
I'm raising money for RSVP's support services for male and female survivors of sexual violence/abuse and people who support survivors. Please give generously and help people to survive and thrive, after sexual abuse.
