My story
Pitt Hopkins is a charity close to my heart. My nephew Finlay, after 10 years, was diagnosed with Pitt Hopkins Syndrome. Pitt Hopkins Syndrome is a rare genetic condition which effects about 4 in 1 million people!! Any funds raised will go towards raising awareness of Pitt Hopkins Syndrome, particularly among health care professionals and to fund some research. There's still a lot to learn about this Syndrome. To raise this money I'll be walking 96 miles along the West Highland Way. Any donations or support would be greatly appreciated by the charity and myself.
