Kick Start Challenge 2026

We are launching a great challenge to kick Start 2026 .   Starting on New Years day and for every day of the January,  take on a physical challenge to boost your January mood  .   It's up to you , you choose the activity .  Simply walk the dog , walk round the building at work or run a marathon  every day !  
 No activity is too big or too small .
  We are motivating Staff to get physically healthy and hoping that ,as  in past years ,staff have  been encouraged to adopt these new habits well into  the future .  Boosting our mental health ,wellbeing and resilience !    There's also a healthy bit of competition to see who's  top of out Leader board each week !
  So let's get going for 2026. !
