My story
The Lochalsh Dirty Thirty Challenge takes place on the 9th June and I am planning on running it in aid of Safe Strong and Free. The Dirty Thirty is a thirty mile route both on and off road.
The Safe Strong and Free project is a charity which aims to reduce the vulnerability of young children to abuse and assault. A pro-active approach is taken involving children, parents, carers and pre-school staff to prevent children from developing bullying behaviour, being victimised by their peers, abducted or sexually assaulted by adults.
