Land's End to John o'Groats

"Tough days don't last but tough people do!" somebody sent me this recently and it is so true. The world is a strange place at the moment but we will get back to some form of normality soon and when we do we need to be ready! Therefore I've decided to do a virtual run and bike the length and of the country for the NHS Charities Together and Bromsgrove Rugby Club.

I marvel everyday at the heroic work that the NHS are doing and working at The Blue Coat School in Harborne we have many parents who work in the medical profession therefore raising money for these charities was an obvious choice.

The rugby club has been a huge part of my life for the last 6 years. Like many sports clubs it is suffering hugely due to the coronavirus outbreak as all matches and events have been cancelled for the foreseeable future. When we come out of lockdown we are going to want strong community sports clubs so that life can return to some degree of nomality quickly. Hopefully any funding I can raise for the club will help them do this.
