My story
Deaths from drug and alcohol misuse hit record highs last year, following sharp budget cuts to treatment services and the impact of lockdown on mental health. That's why services such as those provided by Thomas are even more essential than ever. It's no exaggeration to say that their work saves lives and, without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
Lands End To John O’ Groats Virtual Challenge is an 874 mile route, running the entire length of the UK, and I have 365 days to complete the distance. I've set a target of £874, which is just £1 for each mile I have to run. I'll be updating the page regularly to show my progress. Please donate generously!
