My story

For my 50th birthday at the beginning of Sept I plan to complete LEJOGs for three charities. Two of which I have over the years raised funds for and I have decided to add a third and a new charity all of which have some significant meaning to me.
I hope to train for the event between work commitments ie summer camp, Bisley and Air Cadet DofE activities and be ready for the start of the challenge and completing a week before a new decade🙂.
I have been training this winter for Milton Keynes marathon which I completed on the 5th May in 4hrs 13mins and training CCF cadets for this year's Ten Tors 35mile event on Dartmoor.  I now turn my mind to the scale of 1000 miles on a bike over 14 days with Pedal Britain all of which will be self funded so all monies raised will be spread equally across the three charities.
