London Marathon 2022

Hi all,

Super buzzing to have the opportunity to run London Marathon on 2nd October 2022 and to support two great charities while I do it (your money will be split equally between the two)!

The first charity is Arthur Rank Hospice. In 2013 I sadly lost a close relative to cancer. In the last few weeks of her life she spent her time in Arthur Rank Hospice, where the staff there give her the highest level of care. With that, it’s an honour to do what I can to repay them for the care they gave her!

The second charity is The Melanoma Research Fund at The Christie Charity. More recently, my Auntie was diagnosed with two forms of cancer of which one Is Melanoma (a form of skin cancer). To add to the importance of this charity, in 2016 my Grandad passed away with Melanoma. In memory of my Grandad and in support of my Auntie, as she continues to fight this cancer, It seems like the perfect time to raise money to support further breakthroughs in the treatment of Melanoma!

I am super excited to run London Marathon for my Auntie, as she is on her journey to beating cancer, and in memory of two important people in my life!
