Helen Ward is raising money for Boost Charitable Trust
Hi, I’m Flynn and I’m 6 years old.
This year I’m joining Mum, Dad, Uncle Ian and Pops, who amongst other family friends, are taking part in the Boost Thames Bridges Walk to raise money for my Pops’ charity, Boost.
The adults will be walking 20 miles across London, but I’ve set myself my own challenge. I’ll be cycling 21km and then walking another 11k – that’s 32km in total, alongside them!
Boost helps disadvantaged and disabled people through the power of sport. They support amazing projects including multi-sports sessions for young people with disabilities in Dagenham, a boxing club for disadvantaged young people in Peterborough, and weekly football sessions in Whitehaven that help men struggling with their mental health.
Sponsoring me for just 10p per kilometre would be £3.20 in total – about the same as an ice cream! 🍦
My goal is to raise the equivalent of 100 ice creams (£320) for Boost!
Thank you for supporting me and helping Boost continue to change lives through sport. Every donation, makes a difference.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Boost Charitable Trust.
