I’m running the Edinburgh half to raise money for the Lord's Taverners, a charity that gives young people facing barriers due to disability or social disadvantage the opportunity to play cricket. I grew up loving and playing sport, and believe it should be for everyone - the Tavs help make that happen.
Last year I was meant to run the 10K but got injured a week before the race :( This year I'm even more determined to make it to the start line injury-free.
Your support, no matter how small, will help more young people experience the joy and opportunities that sport can bring.

1.5km warm up at a conversational pace (no faster than 7:35/km), 90s walking rest
5 reps of:
• 400m at 6:05/km (5:50-6:20/km), 60s walking rest
500m cool down at a conversational pace (or slower!)
6km Progressive Long Run
