My story

Hi everyone,
In March 2026, I’ll be taking on the Llandudno Half Marathon — running 13.1 miles in support of a cause that means a lot to me: The Senior Staffy Club.
They do incredible work rescuing and rehoming older Staffordshire Bull Terriers — dogs who are so often overlooked, yet have so much love left to give. As someone lucky enough to share life with my own Staffy, Cass, I know just how special these dogs are.
My goal is simple: to get round the course strong and steady, and to raise awareness and funds for the Senior Staffy Club so they can keep helping dogs find the safety, warmth, and love they deserve in their later years.
Every bit of support counts — whether it’s a donation, a share, or just a word of encouragement along the way. Thank you for backing me, and for backing the Staffies who need us most.
🐾 For Cass. For the seniors. For the love of Staffies.

Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Senior Staffy Club.

My updates

Today Cass and I took on Three Shires Head — stone bridges, running water, climbs, mud, and a whole lot of heart.
Cass showed he’s not just Staffy… he’s part mountain goat.
Every step, every scramble, every new situation is helping us grow stronger together.
This journey is more than miles on a map.
It’s about confidence, learning, and proving that senior Staffies — and the people who love them — can still take on the world.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far.
Your kindness means more than you know, and it goes directly to the Senior Staffy Club, helping older Staffies find safety, warmth, and love.
The pack is growing… and we appreciate every single one of you. 💙🐾

This weekend, Cass and I took on Kinder Scout from Edale — over 20,000 steps through fog, grit, and heart. We reached the Kinder Low trig before turning back safely. It was tough going, but Cass never quit once.
On Remembrance weekend, it felt right to walk in honour of courage — from those who served, to those old Staffies still fighting their quiet battles. Every step was for them, and for the Senior Staffy Club.
We’ve now raised £400 toward our £500 goal for the Llandudno Half Marathon. Thank you to everyone who’s donated, shared, or cheered us on — your support keeps the pack strong.
The journey continues.
