London to Bogota - Seren's stint

I've spent the past 6 months training for a cycling event that takes place this month. The aim and the plan is to cover 75 miles in a day - which is further than I've cycled before.

This is my contribution to a team fundraising challenge we've called the London to Bogota challenge in aid of IMC and vulnerable children in Colombia. If I reach my goal, we'll have collectively covered 5,273 miles over the past 18 months.
