London to Brighton 100KM

Steve and I are raising money for the Counselling Service at No Limits by taking on the London to Brighton Challenge, 100km walk in 24 hours - london2brightonchallenge.com.

I have worked at No Limits for the last four years and they do amazing work by providing information, advice, advocacy and counselling for young people across Southampton and Hampshire. The counselling service is just one part of what the charity offers.

No Limits counselling gives young people the opportunity to talk to someone in confidence, about anything that could be worrying them. This could be about home life, school, college, relationships or just about how they are feeling. Our trained counsellors all volunteer their valuable time every week. They are lovely people, really welcoming and supportive to all the young people that access our service.
