My story
Just under 2 weeks to go until OUTRUNCANCER Angmering 2026, as the date gets closer I'm really looing forward to taking part for the 1st time.
As some of you know I've been walking different distances over the years and started Parkrun/Parkwalk nearly 4 years ago.
Being active during radiotherapy, helped me through the treatment, although sometimes a challege.
I'm impressed to see the work Cancer United are doing in the area and I hope you will support me to raise funds .

I'm putting my mind to doing at least 5 x 5 km walks before the OUTRUNCANCER Angmering 2026 on 20 September, I do this by getting up early and going down to Lancing Prom before it gets too busy on weekdays. And have booked 2 more gym sessions.
