Ben Nevis Challenge
Event date:
lorhen85 is raising money for Galloway Mountain Rescue Team
My story
Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles, standing at 1,344 metres (4,409ft) above sea level.
Climbing the summit is a challenge I have always wished to fulfill. On Sat 21st September 2013 I will be attempting this, in memory of my brother Paul Henry who sadly passed away last year during his descent of Goat's Fell, Isle Of Arran.
The Galloway MRT consists entirely of unpaid volunteers who are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide search & rescue assistance to the public. Please help them continue to carry out such great work by making a donation. Any support is very much appreciated.
Thank You !
