Louise Christou is raising money for Shelter
My story
On 30th November I'll be living the dream and taking part in Strictly Come Dancing in aid of the charity Shelter!
I've been paired with a pro-dancer (the lovely Ben) who'll put me through my paces and train me up over the coming weeks. I'll be up against 11 other contestants where we'll perform at Liverpool's iconic Titanic Hotel at a black tie event.
I'm fundraising for Shelter who's invaluable work supports those experiencing homelessness. Shelter's research and campaigning aims to defend everyone's right to a safe home.

My updates
Its 1 week to go until my big strictly challenge for the charity Shelter. I'll be dancing a waltz for the first time ever (I've never ballroomed before!) in front of 450 people at Liverpool's finest Titanic hotel at a Black tie event.
I've had 7 out of 8 rehearsals with the wonderful pro dancer Ben. It's 8 hrs of rehearsals then GO GO GO in front of a crowd and all-star judges panel! I've got the dress! I've never worn anything like it and probably never will again. It's an all-the-gear and no idea situation.
