My story
I am running the York 10k for the York based charity Accessible Arts and Media.
As of the beginning of May; I couldn't run to the end of the street, however, slowly but surely I am getting a bit further every week. Hopefully by the 4th of August I will be able to run 10k!!
Accessible Arts and Media are a fabulous community provision who encourage young and disabled people to communicate through creativity, to have their voices heard and to make a real difference to their community.
Their work is so valuable and I am honoured to be able to help them.
