Luke Ride London - Essex

I was due to be running in the 2021 London Marathon but due to an injury I had to push to 2022, unfortunately it was a date I can't make due to my wedding. I am now taking part in the Ride London challenge which takes place on Sunday 29th May 2022.

RideLondon has grown into a record-breaking festival of cycling enjoyed by more than 460,000 participants, from beginners to the world’s best professionals and in 2022 returns, with a new format and route totalling 100-miles that will start in London, go out to Essex and finish back in central London.
As you might already know I am not a seasoned athlete, nor a regular rider! However, I have decided to challenge myself and raise money for a great charity in the process.
I am running to raise money for Lord's Taverners - the UK's leading youth cricket and disability sports charity. Breaking down barriers to empower disadvantaged and disabled young people to fulfil their potential! With four children myself this charity is extremely important!
