My story
Ladies and Gentlemen...
As you will be aware I am not a man known for his physical prowess. But in an effort to change all this I've entered my first triathlon.
400m swim
18k cycle
5km run
I initially entered this as a personal challenge but it seems selfish that I be the only one to benefit (ego boost and something ticked off the bucket list). Therefore I shall be swimming/cycling/running on behalf of Rainbows Childrens Hospice. They have been doing fantastic work with children who haven't been as fortunate as myself and others since 1994. Please give what you can. Thank you very much.
