Majorca Bike Ride for Polesworth Group Homes

As many of you know I have been training hard for months with a group of friends for a four day cycling trip to Majorca. Having been asked many times if I'm doing it in aid of anything I couldn't think of anywhere better than Abbey View where my brother David goes three days a week.
My brother David who is 52 years old and has Down's Syndrome lives with my parents and is lucky enough to be able to use Abbey View part of Polesworth Group Homes. They offer invaluable support and activities too many families like ours and are based in the village of Polesworth in the heart of the community close to the shops library and parks. David has been able to take part in lots of fun and rewarding activities from dancing, bowling, cookery drama too name but a few and go on many trips.
His three days a week there not only give him lots of fun socially but also give my parents time to themselves knowing that David is happy and safe.
I'm hoping to raise some money for Polesworth Group Homes so that they can carry on their invaluable work and hopefully help with their plans for the future and if you feel able to sponsor me in this way I would be extremely grateful.
