Manchester Half - Half Capable

Myself and Liv will be attempting Manchester Half Marathon this October. We are asking for donations for Kirkwood Hospice to spur us on and complete this silly idea, hopefully in a respectable time. We’ve tried a training plan, we’ve pounded pavements and canal towpaths but still we are rather under prepared for this challenge. But we’re ’if you do it, I’ll do it’ kind of friends and now look where we are..

Kirkwood Hospice has provided care to almost all families in the Huddersfield area, including ours. We are very lucky to have such a facility available to us. They have had to make big changes this year (reducing inpatients bed availability, reducing their experienced, brilliant workforce) given the rising costs of, well, everything. We’re hoping your donations will go a little way to helping care for those we love; now and forever.
