My story
Pendle RDA has played a special part in our lives since Oct 2021. After being diagnosed with DCD, we wanted to find something that our son could do to build his confidence and self esteem, whilst also helping to develop his coordination skills. Through attending weekly, he has been able to learn to ride in a safe controlled environment whilst also having fun and learning about the wonderful world of horses.
Alongside the RDA horses, a mechanical horse, Pride, makes up part of the RDA team. However, Pride has reached the stage in his life where he needs costly technical updates if he is to continue to help his riders to learn to ride. If you can, please help the RDA to raise much these needed funds and sponsor me as I run the Manchester half marathon. Thankyou so much.
