Our story
In August 2025, 2 veterans – Jon James and Wes Hazley – will undertake the demanding ‘March for Nations’ expedition to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the end of World War 2. They plan to raise a targeted £250,000 for 2 hugely deserving charities.
The expedition consists of 2 mountains and 2 gruelling marches, covering a total of 453 kilometres, on foot over 22 days. The two veterans will navigate some of the world’s most challenging landscapes—jungles, rivers, and mountains—while contending with unfamiliar, potentially dangerous flora, fauna, and the unpredictable tropical environment.
