Our story
March of the Day Ill is a 340 mile around 44 football and rugby league grounds on June 1-6, 2026. Our aim is to raise funds in the battle against Motor Neurone Disease in memory of Chris Rimmer and Rob Burrow and in support of Stephen Darby, Marcus Stewart and all those in the UK facing the battle with MND. Money raised here will be split equally by the two charities.
Ourselves and other family members intend to walk 22.5 miles from Castleford Tigers RC to the Rob Burrow Centre, visiting 5 other rugby and football clubs on the way. The inspiration is for our hero Stephen Darby ❤️
