My story

Following the success of the March of the Day events in 2024 and 2025, we needed to think of an event that would top these. In 2026, we are looking to bring the football and rugby league world together. So March of the Day III will support both the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation and the Leeds Hospitals Charity.
Our event next year will be twice as big, around 350 miles in total. Two core teams will be recruited with our usual smattering of ex-pro footballers and hopefully some former rugby league legends.
The route will involve grounds for both sports starting at Liverpool FC and finishing at the Rob Burrow Centre in Leeds.
I will there fore be taking part for my third March of the day supporting this fantastic charity.
