Maria's fundraising for Debra charity

After raising just under £1200.00 for the DEBRA charity running the Plymouth Half Marathon for the first time this year it gave me a push to run again. So, in October this year (bit quicker than I was planning) I am running the Bath Half Marathon to raise more money for the DEBRA charity. I really appreciate that a lot of you reading this now have sponsored me before for the Plymouth Half, for which myself and the DEBRA charity are extremely grateful and if you are able to sponsor me again for any amount we would be truly grateful.

DEBRA is a charity very personal to me as both my girls have EB. So I am trying to raise money and awareness of EB and also DEBRA the national charity supporting those directly affected by, and working with, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a potentially fatal skin condition that causes constant pain due to unstoppable internal and external blistering. DEBRA provides lifelong care and support to the entire EB community.

Together we #FightEB and together we will beat EB.
