Martin's Brighton page

In early August I was asked to run Brighton Marathon for Reclaim Life, a local Leighton Buzzard Charity that gives people who need it free life coaching to help with their emotional well being - they do a lot of great work with people who are suffering from mental and emotional distress and help them move on with their lives and start to enjoy them again.
