Marie-Amelie's MoRun for Firsthand Lothian

Having never run before, I decided to do the couch to 5k programme a year ago. It worked and over 9 weeks, I got to learn to run 5k in about half an hour, and a year later I'm still running!

Although I always run on the flat and mainly on my own, I've decided to challenge myself to do the MoRun around Arthur's Seat (steep up and down!) in a large crowd, and to use this opportunity to support the excellent work of Firsthand Lothian as well as doing my bit to raise awareness of men's health issues.

Firsthand Lothian is a very small charity which has been operating in Edinburgh for over 21 years. Your contribution will go towards its wonderful work supporting disadvantaged families and children with disabilities to achieve their full potential.
