5K Charity Race for Crohns Research

My story
A 5km run on 31st August 2011 in conjunction with
the City of Portsmouth Athletics Club in the 5k Promenade Series of runs. In aid of research for Crohns sufferer's to help study and treat and even cure this terrible affliction.
